For any inquiries, please contact us

Please have the following information at hand;

- last eight characters of your Vehicle Identification Number or
– your contract number with Pro-Tech Seal
– complete name and mailing address

If you are in need of starting a claim, please contact your original selling dealer.

If you have a tire, wheel, or key/key fob claim that you were not been able to have completed at your original selling dealer, please submit the following via email to mailto:claims@pro-techseal.ca:

-A copy of your paid receipt for the work completed (tire repair, tire replacement, etc..)

-If it is a tire replacement, wheel replacement or key/key fob replacement a picture is required of the failed part (for key/key fobs, a picture of your existing key/key fob).

Please insure your mailing address is complete and correct as we will be refunding you by mailing you a cheque. Our cheque runs are twice monthly (15th & end of the month).

Your inspection to validate your chemical warranty is completed by your selling dealer.

Please make arrangements with them to have your inspection completed.

**Please note, Pro-Tech Seal does not supply or install alarm systems. If you are having trouble with a non-factory alarm system, please contact the original selling dealer for assistance.**
